I eat, on average, about 5 meals and 2 snacks per day and still can't break 155 lbs. I need more mass. Please help!

im sure you dont want FAT on you. im sure you do want muscles, right?
well try to eat a lot of burritos with rice and steak. make sure you have your veggies in there too.
i saw this one episode on 'my life as a...' and this one boy had to gain weight for wreseling. so he was put on a diet and had to eat only big big burritos with rice and stufff in it.
so you can consider trying this out. this will help make muscles. stay away from fast foods and bacon. those places will give you a heart attack.
i know this older man who loves loves bacon. and ate bacon each and every day. his wife told him to stop or he will die. and guess what? he had a heart attack and died. no kidding. true story. fast foods and bacon have a lot of fat and that fat builds up around your heart and one day it will STOP.

Here are some tips that might help-

Stick to Whole milk
Drink Protien Shakes thruought the day (extra calories, and protien to help)
Make one of your snacks ice cream
Keep eating after you are satisfied until you are slightly uncomfortable.
And lift weights. This will help give you more muscle mass instead of more fat.

You probably aren't taking in the right kind of food. Make sure you take in aound 200 grams of protien per day. Eat complex carbs and slack up on the cardio if you do alot now.

You can gain wait by drinking Boost, Tropicana Smoothies, anything that is smoothie like in the gas stations that says Meal Replacement, pizza, cheeseburgers.

I need to gain wait too! I also have a very hard time gaining- for me its much easier to lose wieght than gain it.

Eat foods high in saturated fats, such as nuts and butter. Stay less fit and less active.


Dunno why you're doing this though.

first of all why do you want 2
secondly some people just find it impossible to gain weight
thirdly
just eat bacon all the itme

eat 30 minutes before going to bed.

eat ice cream every night

drink cooking oil

and eat lots of fried foods
