It's been there for about 4 days . I have tried triple antibotic and even a pimple med. they haven't worked . Help !

Sounds like a dry nose, u need to buy saline mist at your grocery store and flood your nose with it several times.
Saline your nose every morning and this will keep your nose from getting sore.
Camphor chapstick may help also.

It's probably a black head...Best thing is to leave it alone as annoying & painful as it may be. Good Luck!

could be an ingrown hair.
