You can go to avatars.yahoo.com (I think that's it) & start making one there. Or you can click on your icon & go to the 360...I think there's a link there. You can also choose other pics to use instead from there.

You have to start a Yahoo 360 page and add pictures to that. Then you can have the picture you want on this.

you have to have a 360 account to have a photo here. it's a pain, but the only way to get the photo beside your name......you can have like 4 in there, to change them as you change your mood tho. you can join the 360 on the main page of answers, i think.
