I know some women can have kids and some cant so i'm just wondering.

There are a lot of reasons why a woman may not be able to conceive. She may have a hormonal imbalance that causes her to not ovulate; no egg means no chance for conception. She may have a blockage of her fallopian tube, meaning that the sperm and the egg cannot meet. She may have a luteal phase defect, meaning that the latter part of her cycle is too short to allow a fertilized egg time to implant in the uterine wall. She may have a uterus or cervix that isn't strong enough to hold a pregnancy. She may be producing cervical mucous that is hostile to sperm. The male could also be the problem and the couple might never even know it. With all the things that CAN go wrong, it's almost a miracle that most women have no problems at all!

Some people's reproductive organs don't function the right way - some things are correctible with medical procedures; others aren't. Some people past a certain age generally can't have biological children either.

It has to do with body parts really. Some people just aren't made to have children.

Some women are baron, or it could be the man they are with. Its just part of nature, some people can not reproduce, which is really sad.
