Use a hair dryer to heat up the sticker. Then slowly pull it off. I used to detail cars when I was younger.

Takes a while
Soak paper stickers with silicone spray ,salad oil or anything oily that will not hurt paint.
Start a corner on plastic stickers & apply same .
Pick,peel & repeat as necessary.
Peanut butter helps get rid of any residue
Works as well as commercial adhesive removers

Get some bug and tar remover and spray it generously on the sticker. Use a plastic scraper or something with an edge but not a blade to scrape it off with. Use goo gone to remover the residue.

You can use a product called GOO GONE.
You put it all over the bumper sticker and then peel it off, then whatever's left add more goo gone and scrape it off gently with your nails. Then just wash the bumper to get the goo gone off.
Works Great.
I think I bought it at CVS.

Use bug and tar remover. dampen the bumper sticker then pull it off. The stuff that remains can come off with a cloth rag.

If paper still stick to car, you can use an small razor to slice it off...
Or apply heat (blow dryer) to bumper sticker to loosen up all glue, and see if you can smoothly pull off that way.

Peel it off (being careful not to take any paint off) and use Goo Gone to get the residue left behind. You may need to buff the spot once it's all gone.

rub some denatured alcohol on it and it should start to peel itself off, then with a cloth start wiping the residue off while it's still workable from the alcohol.
