That would depend on you.
If you COULD do it without self recrimination, guilt or regret then yes, you could extend the Rubber Duck Ranch and Day Spa.
If you COULD NOT do it without feeling like a piece of used garbage who gave her body to further your Rubber Duck Ranch and Day Spa, then no.
And don't forget that the legitimate heirs would chew you up, spit you out and own your Rubber Duck Ranch and Day Spa.
Your idea is not a good one. You do not want to build your enterprise on the back of a feeble, old and rich man because then your Rubber Duck Ranch and Day Spa will not truly be yours; it will be the legacy of an old man and you will NEVER be able to feel good about that.
