When you say she's on birth control, do you mean she's on the pill? The pill only protects while she's taking it, and if she's on her period, she's on that seven-day hiaitus where she's not taking anything, or is taking a placebo. This doesn't necessarily mean that she could get pregnant right away, because even when women go off the pill for good, they usually have to have several menstrual cycles before they get pregnant. There again, everyone is different, and there are exceptions to every rule. The tampon is not a form of birth control. Just venturing a guess, I'd say the chances for conception under the circumstances you describe are very unlikely -- but not impossible. Time will tell, but having unprotected sex at any time -- even during a period -- is somewhat risky. If you luck out this time, next time you have sex during her period, use a condom unless you're eager to be a dad.

Wow...you guys couldn't wait till she was off her period? Thats pretty gross to have sex with a tampon in, not to mention unsanitary. The odds of her being pregnant would be slim, especially since she is on birth control, but any time you have unprotected sex it's possible. Best thing to do is just wait to see if she misses her next period and go from there.

birth control is about 98% effective - you should use two forms of birth control (i.e. a condom) to be extra careful. I hope you mean that she put the tampon in after you were done having sex...not during.

If she's on birth control then she's probably not pregnant. However no form of birth control is 100%.
I want to know why you had sex with a tampon in. Did she forget it was there? WTF??? It couldn't have felt good for anyone.

no but come on u 2 couldnt wait n she didn't take the tampon out thats more of a problem then getting preganat it could get stuck and have to go get it removed
