I had a gals name on there and her address and also mentioned her son by name. She is freaking out telling me I am going to prison. There was no threats or negative comments, just the name and address. Is it still free speech even though he is under 18?

Now this depends from country to country, so in India there is no such rule. However if you are using their address for some illegal transactions or in any adult or pornographic site using some other name, then it's a cyber crime.

I do not think people under 13 can have personal information disclosed on the internet w/o parental consent. So it may cause a little trouble, especially if someone were to show up at there house.

I wouldn't know about the legailty, but why would you put her at risk like that?
