A guy has sex with a girl. During sex, he takes off the condom. But then he puts it back on the way he was wearing it before: outside is still on the outside, inside is still on the inside. Can she get pregnant? The guy had not ejaculated yet and his penis was wiped off before he put the condom back on.

Are condoms effective at preventing pregnancy?
Although condoms do provide protection against getting pregnant, they also carry a 15% failure rate. Depending on your age and how consistently you use condoms, the chances of becoming pregnant could be higher. To increase your protection against pregnancy, use condoms along with another form of birth control, like the sponge. It is important to note, though, that condoms containing spermicide have not been found to be any more effective at preventing pregnancy than non-spermicidal condoms.

The situation depicted is risky at best. A better situation is to wash with soap and water the genitals and the condom. The condom should then be air dried. It can then be re-used in theory. Years ago, that was the practice. Years ago, condoms were thicker. A best solution, condoms are relatively cheap, is to use a new condom after the hands that removed it are washed with soap and water. You should not risk contaminating the new condom. Any place that might have a trace of semen should be washed before the new condom is applied.

You need to stop having sex the both of you.

You NEVER take off a condom and put it back on. That is risking the chance of getting pregnant or catching a disease.

You both must be young and uneducated about sex.

It would be risky for two reasons: any direct genital-to-genital contact runs at least a little risk due to pre-ejaculate and misuse of a condom (including using the same one twice!) increases the chance that it could break. Do yourself a favor and use them correctly.

Is the condom lubricated with a spermicide?
Pre-ejaculate can contain some sperm.
Was there any sex that was done without the condom on?
Bag-it-up always and use a good spermicidal lubricant.

YES if there was any intercourse while un-bagged.

not very likely, but never re-use a condom. if you need to put a condom back on, bust out a fresh one. you always run a risk of getting pregnant or getting an std if you have genital contact without a condom. have fun, but be safe!

Yes! A guy does not need to ejaculate to get PG. Sometimes he produces semen before the ejactulation which can get you PG. Besides, no form of BC is 100% except to abstain!!!
