a, c, d, & e

a) is sulfuric acid
c) is carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride -- both very non-polar
d) is octane and benzene, significant components of gasoline
e) is ethanol and water -- and with some other minor components makes up pretty much every alcoholic beverage known to mankind

b) lists C8H12, which would be one of 18 non-polar organic compounds, and water, a very polar compound. These two would separate rapidly.

The miscibility of a and d is fine. However "e" is miscible but not fully. I have never heard of any compound like C8H12

All but B are miscible.
