i AM English and my wife is German,we both both speak fluent German and English.I am a qualified butcher and slaughterman

I'm not really sure how you can gain access to stay here in Oz, try calling the Australian Consulate, but if you are allowed you will not have any problems work wise, they are plenty of jobs for slaughtermen and thousands of well paid cleaning jobs, it would be great to get more immigrants like yourselves coming here, Europeans!! Yay!!! all we get at the moment are Asians and Muslims and boat people which are whatever.. Hey theres an idea! just say your a refugee and you will be right mate, They get money, accomodation, jobs etc etc all for free, we get all the trash yet the good Europeans cant get in? Australia has meatworks in every state to my knowledge so work for you should not be a problem also always on the lookout for cleaners so your wife should be ok too. So all you have to do now is come to AUS best of luck.

having a trade is a good start however Oz is looking for tradesmen in construction mainly (bad government moves a few years back has left us with a trade shortage that is almost critical) mountains of work in the mines, although its brilliant money and working conditions it is mostly in isolated parts of Australia like NT and WA......the other things Oz is seeking are nurses......good luck!

You have a trade which is good, and I assume you`re not too old? I dont think it will be a problem. Check the government web site for more, good luck.
