Do your parents know you are on the computer? You should be asking your mom these sort of questions.

Oh dear god, I hope you are joking. At 14, you really ought to know at least the basics of human procreation... at least enough to know that humans don't hatch eggs!

Where to start? A woman's ovaries contain about a million eggs when she's born. After puberty starts, an egg is ripened and released from the ovary once each month; if it's fertilized by a man's sperm a pregnancy occurs. If not, the woman has her period. During sex, the man releases semen into the woman, which contains sperm. You don't have to do anything to "make the egg hatch or whatever." The sperm know what they're there for and they seek out the egg. If they find it, one will penetrate the membrane around the egg and fertilize it. If the egg is not present at the time (remember, an egg is only released once a month) then the sperm will die. If the egg and sperm meet and a pregnancy results, the baby will grow inside the woman's uterus for about 9 months, then the uterus will start contracting and the baby will be born. I guess that covers the basics.

I really hope you were joking.

Human eggs don't hatch, I think that maybe you need to do a search on ovulation and the menstrual cycle.

Are you talk about ovulation? If so normally it is two week after the first day of a women period. But it could vary. So I would try mymonthlycycles.com or fertilityfriend.com to try and pinpoint those days. But it isn't a tool to try and prevent pregnancy. Your can also try ivillage.com or babycenter.com to see what happens after conception. But from that question it seem you need to talk to your
parent(s) about sex. And you DON"T need to be having sex anytime soon. I should know I became a mom at 18.

Might want to take Sex Ed before having sex.
You're a perfect metaphor like "riding a bike before learning to walk".
Thanks for being a poster-child for adolecent sex.
