Blast it away with RUSTBLAST! Spray it on, then rinse with a hose.

There are a few good products out there...here are a couple I've found helpful. One is a rust stain remover made by a company called Whink, easily found at most gorcery/drug/hardware stores. Also, CLR sometimes works on concrete with varying results, depending on the stain. If the stain's stubborn you may have to agitate it with a stiff wire brush. Then blast it all away with a hard stream of water.

Hope this helped.

Using CLR or Oxy Clean will do the trick. The muradic acid will as well, however muradic acid will remove conrete and flushing is the key it will also kill your soil eat asphalt and will irritate the eys and lungs while using it. I know I use the stuff for cleaning concrete testing equipment. Oxy Clean worked for me on my porch for rust stains. the longer it set the better it work and then wash off with hose. for best result rent a pressure washer it will do the same, plus allow you to clean your siding kill to birds with one stone.

Depends if you got reinforcement or not, if its structural concrete with reinforcement then you gotta watch what you use especially acids. You will probably be best if you can to paint the concrete however this might not be suitable. It all depends on what the concrete is doing. If its structural then you will need more professional advice if its just a garage floor then u can use various products.

Use RUSTBLAST rust remover. It works great on concrete too. We have well water and our curbs get rust stains when we water the lawn.
