She had all his contact information and was wondering, since she couldn't stop thinking about him, if she should email him even though he was married. The dilemma is she got the info from work and the guy is married. The ethical part is when she crosses the line to send that email to try to hook up with him when that info was found through work.

An Ethical dillema is a problem that becomes even more complicated when the options call into question your ethics and morality on the matter. --There is no way of "solving it" besides making your decision and following through with it. Thus there's no right answer, you just live with the concequences of your decision.

For example, Should you kill someone who is absolutely determined to try and kill you in means of self defense is a moral/ethical dillema if you think the act of harming others is wrong.
