WOW, we HAVE come a long way. It took untill 1920 to allow women to vote and now we want to enable cookies. What a great country.

Open a web browser page then go to Tools->Internet Options->privacy.
You can move the slider up and down to enable different levels of cookies, although third party cookies generally should not be enabled as you dont necessarily know what sites the cookies are enabled for then

If you are using Internet Explorer then Tools-->Internet Options--> Advanced tab --> scroll down until you see the enable cookies line and put a check in the box.

Download Mozilla Firefox, it's much better (safer, faster, more intuitive) than Internet Explorer (the blue "e") and cookies are enabled by default.

normally the question is the opposite... anyway, you have to go in Internet Properties in the Control Panel (or directly from Internet Explorer, but I don't use it!) and enable cookies in the Privacy and Security settings.
