Get yourself subscribed to the newsgroup alt.music.harmonica.
The best way to learn to blow harp is by putting on some good old blues records, then just jamming and blowing along with them.
Don't worry about what you sound like. After a few days you'll start picking up riffs and licks.
Read up on some techniques like single hole blowing, tongue blocking, bending notes, blow bends, overblows, and cross position playing at the website mentioned in the previous reply.
But most importantly, Just keep on blowin'.
