I can't remember the last time I was this moody, it's not usually like this. I'm also much more achy and have a constant headache. I feel either like I want to constantly cry or I'm very angry all the time. Why is it so much worse this time???

Keep an eye on those symptoms, if it happens again, you may want to look into PMDD - Premenstrual Dysphoric Syndrome. My therapist and I finally realized that the week before my period, I get extreme mood swings, achy, headaches - major emotional problems like Depression. It could also be stress related or just a fluke. But if it happens again, don't ignore it - see a doctor!

Hormones change all the time and there is a very effective hormone cream that you can get by asking your doctor or even a health specialist. It has progestrogen in it because when you are feeling more irritable then your body is producing to much estrogen and that causes your hormones to get out of whack. You take this cream only a teaspoon a day and rub it on your fatty parts of your body I believe only two weeks before your period and then the week of and after you don't use it. This helps with the mood swings the feeling all of a sudden that you want to break something or someone!!! It makes a huge difference in your mood talk to your doctor about it. It is very HARMLESS.

I really believe in vitamin supplements. Calcium magnesium and zinc will help a lot. Also make sure you take a multi vitamin supplement and a separate calcium magnesium and zinc supplement. Always take supplements with food otherwise these are not absorbed. Yahoo search the minerals and learn more. When you have nutritional deficiencies, the harmones are effected since you need nutrients to make and function harmones. Also cut down on caffein

U need to take a pms pill quick, maybe 3. It will ease up.
St. John Wart herbal would be excellent for the mood, anger swings.
Your hormones are raging, u got to control it yourself.
A good B12 vitamin may help also. Think positively.

Your hormones are different every time. Have you changed your diet or exercise routine at all? Those can also affect it. Call your obgyn just to make sure it isn't something else causing the mood swings. Good luck girl!
