In D.C., try the street vendors down around the K Street corridor and up Connecticut Avenue. Also DuPont Circle. Can't vouch for the quality, just the availability.

any shopping carts in nyc with a cute asian lady running them. i got a louie vuitton knock off that looked completely real for 30 bucks. totaly worth it. try the airport or the train station.(not bart or subway) but the real train. you kno toot toot? thats wear i got mine.
