I work as a carpenter and I am expected to work at a high energy level. Imagine doing a full-body workout all day long, everyday. I've tried without and even after weeks and onetime for months my energy levels were not enough to make it through an eight hour day. Additionally, the job was mostly just work. Everything about it is just effort and exhaustion. With it, the job is fun and there is no pain and energy levels after so many years still go through a cycle of high and low and I eat and sleep right and after 20 years have become very skilled at what I do. The job is fulfilling and the money is decent.

Check yourself into a rehab facility and they can do a safe medical detox.

Speed screws me up bad. I don't sleep for days at a time, and I start to hallucinate and go crazy. You should try some natural energy boosters. I'm 17 years old and I work 50 hours a week and I've been doing it sober for 3 months now. I used to think that I couldn't work without a few adderall or some concerta, but now I'm doing just fine without all of that mess. Good luck to you.

There is no need to go on a detox. I f your talking about the speed that i know and love myself there are NO addictive properties in it. Though I believe some of us just need it just as a diabetic needs insulin. Ive often thought about going to my DR. and telling him that im going to use it either way, so he can give me a prescription or i can get my own. I haven't used for a long time now and my life seems like its a mess. I cant get focused to prioritize things that need to be done. So i understand exactly what you mean. Hope this helps.

All u need now is a vitamin boost, like B vitamins or a natural
speed like ginseng .
Studies show now that caffeine is good for u where it used to be
bad for u. If it isnt effecting your health, blood pressure, continue to do what u are doing.
