thunderbird mail?

Idownloaded thunderbird & everytime I click on to bring it up it wants to install again.whats wrong.also what would be the incoming server & outgoing server
all help appreciated.

Some problem probably occurred during the intial install; just un-install Thunderbird and re-install. It couldn't hurt to download a new copy of the installation files. The incoming(POP) and outgoing (SMTP) servers are provided by your e-mail provider. They should have sent you the info or their web page will have links to the info. They will have names like "pop.mail.yahoo.com" or "smtp.central.cox.com". Have used Thunderbird since it first came out, it's a very good program. good luck
