I put my resume on the "MONS" site, and only 9 people have looked at the resume. I'm looking to see if there are other jobs out there, that aren't posted on "MONS".

I used careerbuilder, but they might be connected. Also try the name of the largest city near where your looking-helpwanted.com
Example: www.kansascityhelpwanted.com

And just a word of advise from a recent job seeker...don't expect employeers to come to you. 3mo and no one contacted me based solely on my posting. Do searches and respond to the want ads. Send a well written cover letter with your resume. Remember you're in competition and you have to make yourself stand out.

Have you tried careerbuilder and hotjobs? Also, many area newspapers have begun having more of a jobboard like deal going on and many companies have their open positions posted on their webpage.
