Depends on whether you wish to express your anger or calm down.
To express your anger is difficult because while your looking for that song that tells how you feel, time passes and your anger is less intense than it was before. Black Sabbath's Iron Man
To calm down, I would go with classical music, or sounds of nature.

Slipknot, ICP, and Biohazard always help express my anger too.
