19 no that can not be it. That would mean gas at 3.63 a gallon

depends on the grade of oil.....just under half of a barrel becomes gasoline ....the other stuff becomes diesel, heating oil, kerosine, paint thinner, solvents, plastics and other petro chemicals

I don't know, but a "barrel" of oil is 42 gallons.

That is a good question. I would think that it would have to be higher than 50 gallons.
