There are PSX games that I own and have great music, but I can't find any program that will play/rip them. Is there any way to get music off of these games?

Does anyone know how to listen to music from "Ace Combat 2"? It won't play in Windows Media Player or Game Music player, and I really want to know how to listen to the music (without using the Music Player that you can unlock In Game) on the computer.

You're kind of in a pickle for that one, if you can get the music without sound effects (such as in games that let you adjust either), you might be able to record them through your computer. Otherwise, you won't have much luck. You may want to look online for those songs if you haven't. I've seen that some stores sell game audio CDs as released from the game studios, but they are usually over-priced.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how you can rip the music from your own video games, but I do know that several places online have the soundtracks available to purchase (or for free, if you know where to look).

I've included two links for the Ace Combat 2 soundtrack, available for free from the Galbadia Hotel website. It's quite an awesome place, and you can find plenty of video game and anime music there. The only downside is that sometimes the site does have a bit of trouble, but it's pretty rare (just looking at the list of soundtracks available, you can probably see why).

Hope this helped, and good luck!

You can only rip the music from those games if they play in a cd player. If they do, you can use any music ripping program to get them.
