Well you can always put tomatoes in salad or on sandwiches. Sometimes we'll cook potatoes in a skillet add a meat of some kind w/ onions and or bellpeppers and spices and at the last minuete we'll add cut up tomatoes. If you like mexican fried rice you can add tomatoes w/ other veggies at the last minuete to that too. You can put 'em in guacamole. But with gas prices and summer electricity bills so high, I'm sure any friends or family you have would appreciate some tomatoes from you. That would knock a few bucks off their grocry bill. If you still have a ton left over and you got the time you could try selling them, I see people all the time selling veggies on the side of the road or in a parking lot some where. Well - Good Luck!

Freeze them. They freeze very well. Just pick them and put them in freezer bags. Then when making soup(veggie) take out as many is you think you may need. Run them under hot water and they will release their skins. Just cut them up and add to soup. You can do this any sauce, too. The tomatos are not good for eating like a sliced tomato from the garden.

Tomato sauce? Salad? Give them to the neighbors? Put them on burgers?

My grandmother used to freeze them until she decided what to do with them. They actually freeze pretty well, although it hurts really bad when your little sister hits you with a thrown frozen tomato.

You can also slice them and dry them in the oven on a very low heat. Then freeze them and use later for soups or pizzas.
