With the F-word, pretty much all the standard rules of grammar go out the window. The phrase ******* A is idiomatic for "I certainly insist this is correct" or "incorrect" depending on the context. (F-words are all about context.)
The intensity of the insistence is connoted by the double expletive. It's a way of saying "I'm right (or you're right) and you had better take note of how unquestionably right I am. I am so right it's painful. As painful, perhaps, as being F'd in the A.

It means "right on"! Ok, for those of us not in the 70's it means, you got that right, I agree, absolutely.I know what you mean. It's another way of emphasizing that you got the person's point or agree with whatever is happening or was said,

"Man your husband is a real jerk!" "F-ing A! I hate that tool"

It means "You are absolutely right"
or
"I agree with you wholeheartedly"

The 'A' means nothing really, although it may have been a reference to the english grading system in the schools. 'A' is perfect, the highest grade - the most right you can get.
So '****** a' may literally be similar to saying "you just got that perfectly correct".

its F u c k i n g A. it means a exspression that they are mad about something. they messed on something. the ability to fail at something. its like when you get hurt. .you have to say something to make you feel better and to let other people to know to sympathise for you. or know that something is wrong with you.
Its depended on how its said.. usually if its said in a happy exspression ...that someone is right.
