I need income, property,marital status.......hang out places like and dislikes............do i need a private investagator? i dont know where to start!please help.......money is not a option.

the best place to start is the county courthouse. the info that you get there is free and public knowledge. you can get arrest records, marital status, property liens etc. the next thing that you could do is run their license plate at the police dept.

you dont need an investagator most of what you need you can find on the net are you looking for a person or just genral information because the things you are asking about could be used to steal someones identity

get a Private investigator, if money is not a problem its the way to go.
