how long have you had that job? how long has your chair been in that same position (at the same desk). It could be the light bulbs...if they have been changed to a different brand or if they are flickering they can cause a lot of headaches. Or, it could be that you need glasses or a change of glasses as you could be stretching to see your monitor and that's why your neck hurts. If you use a monitor maybe the glare from the lights are bothering your eyes and you need tinted glasses to work in. It could also be stress. But dizzy seems to me that it's the lights.
Also it could mean you need to see a chiropractor to get an alignment.
These days people have problems with lights as they may cause seizures if the person is prone to having seizures.
If none of those are the answer then get a blood test. Also it may have to do with your period. Ask your doctor.

If you can take advil (ibuprofen) take that instead of tylenol - it's more effective.
It could be eyestrain (pain around the eyes) or neck spasms. The dizziness could also be a sign of migraines.
Whenever you feel a headache coming on, take a few minutes (if you are able to) and sit quietly with your eyes closed. Rest your hands on your thighs. Breathe in, gently, for 4 seconds and exhale, gently, for 5/6 seconds. Focus on how the breath of air moves into your lungs and how it feels when you exhale. Notice how your hands feel on your legs.
Even just 3 - 5 minutes of this kind of focused breathing may help to alleviate your symptoms. Try to do it before the headache gets really painful.
Of course, if you continue to get severe headaches, or you lose conciousness or fall due to the dizziness, make sure you see a doctor.

The very first thing you should do when you have a headache is drink a glass of water. Not coffee. Not soda. You need water.
This also sounds like a sinus infection. Try using a product like Ocean (a saline nasal spray) to see if you get some relief. If you do, try Sudafed.
You may need to go to a doctor.
Your sinuses are under your eyes, above your eyes, and through your nose. They are also connected to your ear canals and an infection can cause dizziness because your middle ear is part of your balancing system.
Central air conditioning can cause you to develop more sinus infections because it dries out the air. Counter it by using a product like Ocean to keep your sinuses hydrated and drink more water.

Drink more water and get your eyes checked.
If you use a computer, have the positioning of your chair and the monitor and any lights checked by someone who understands ergonomics.
If none of that works, see a doctor.
