Theoretically, only an earthquake, tornado and a hurricane can happen at the same time in an area, because tsunamis are aftereffects of earthquakes.
A tornado can and does occur during a hurricane.
A tsunami that occurs all those events would just be an exclamation point to a disaster filled day.
