Well that can be a bad sign, I was 17 when i was diagnosed with cervical cancer, i needed surgery to have it removed, and your symptoms sound just like mine did. Dont take the chance, go in and get checked so you know everything is okay. But on the same hand your age is also important, its not all that unusual to have things happen like that. Just make sure to get it checked out!!!!

well, it could just be dried blood---but if it isn't, and you don't get your period for another month, DON'T wait any longer!
and have you had sex?
Becuase if you haven't- all the more reason to see a doctor (as you should be getting your period once a month, right?).

good luck!

This is normal and yes, it is your period...being female is what this is about. If you are one of the fortunate few(VERY few) you may get to be one of those females that are regular as a clock BUT do not count on it..

If you just started birth control that can screw your system up,but if you just started your period that could be the cause of it,but if you had sex you maybe preg,I would go to your doctor.
