this might be harsh but the really ignerint people get yelled at why the hell do the have to ask like stupid qustions or just do stupid things and then wonder why there getting yelled at like i work at cingular i had this lady come in and tell me that she drop her phone and it wont turn on and she said that the battery fell out what should i do she says TURN IT BACK ON i couldntyell but i get that about 10 times a day does that answer your qustion?

i don't yell at people. i'm one of those weird persons who rarely ever get's upset and when i do get upset i end up crying instead of yelling. i wish i could but sometimes i'm glad i don't.
