I feel so, so sorry for this man. Anyone who blindly condemns him has never gone through what he suffered - a stupid vicious wife who was so wrapped up in attacking him that she never considered that he would be devastated, and that away from home on holiday so he had noone to help and support him, in a high building with his kids close by was possibly the worst time and place she could have chosen.
Looking at her at the funeral of the little lad she looked a hard-faced sort - not even able to cry.
How many times does this sort of thing happen, and when will women learn!?
Yes - I hope the decision is that he acted while the balance of his mind was disturbed - mentally ill, albeit temporarily.
How he will live with what he has done I don't know, but I hope he eventually gets back on an even keel.

MY ANSWER WOULD BE A DEFINITE YES, AS THER IS NO EVIDENCE OF INTENT.
In the human condition, there is always, but always a situation where the natural animal instinct to survive is overcome. This may vary a lot between individuals, but it is a fact that suicide is now a real world condition. In cases of extreme emotional hurt, most people react in an unthinking way that they later regret. Murder and bodily harm seem common in many families where people live with unsupportable emotional
pressure

When I saw him being taken to court - so obviously distraught I found it quite heartbreaking. I think it is pretty obvious that he didnt really know what he was doing at the time and I feel real sadness for him. The rest of whatever life he has left will be punishment enough knowing his poor child died. I do hope he allowed to come back to UK where he can get some treatment and I hope his family are there for him when he does.

not comprehensible, no, yet then neither is suicide extremely, to every person of sound ideas. To commit suicide you should imagine you'll be extra constructive off useless. this is one step extra interior a similar undesirable body of ideas to imagine your toddlers will be extra constructive off useless. 2 of this guy's brothers have committed suicide too, so melancholy/psychological ailment is clearly a aspect. you could not choose his movements through generic criteria and say he became evil. human beings do poor issues contained in the grip of psychological ailment that they don't look to be totally to blame for. purely as an instance this, my mum once had a chum who grew to develop into so depressed after her divorce that she tried suicide. She then lost custody of the youngsters, who went to stay with their father and his new female friend. the youngsters surely hated their dad yet had no selection contained in the remember. the female grew to develop into so unbalanced, understanding that her childrens were unhappy and begging to be allowed to go back back to her that the subsequent time she tried suicide, she also gave the youngsters an overdose of sound asleep pills. fortunately that element all of them survived. She lost all unsupervised get admission to and became in ordinary words allowed a couple of minutes a week including her childrens. Her third attempt at killing herself became effective. till you realize all the circumstances, do not choose.
