As long as u use a condom just as safe as vaginal sex. But, it is very painful at first.

1. Use a lot of lubricant.
2. relaxe mentally as well as physically.
3. take your own time. DO NOT HURRY.

Just don't go overboard and give each other *** tulips. It is pretty safe, just maybe want to watch out for bleeding and yah, the *** tulips.

my husband did it once after i had eaten a lot of hot spicy food and it was very very painful for both of us and we have never tried it again.. i actually thought i was going to have to take him to the emergency room,my neighbor said once was enough for her// ireally think you should not even consider the act it can get real messy
