depends on what you're wiping.
#1 a few times is ok
#2 Never re-use

only toss it out if you can't make a pad to cover ur fingers.
You can always use your face cloth. use your bare fingers & wipe them on the walls, or your pants.

that's nasty but i agree with homer if you are that stuck on reusing toliet paper just don't use any at all.... it would be about the same
