I work for a leading telecom equipment manufacturer and sales have been slow. All sales have to go through a partner. What's the best way to work the sales channel?

honestly just get buzz from front line sellers. If the sales people think they can sell it, then management will buy. There has been many items weve asked for that came to fruition just because management had a groundswell from below that they could sell item successfully. Go to local retailers and display new products and get threads going on market related blogs..,Hope that helps
