Happens all the time. I am pissed off everytime I don't win regardless if it is a young hardworking couple with triplets on the way or a 95 year old woman that came to the country 3 weeks ago. If it's not me, I'm not happy.

I'd feel, thats Cool, I don't worry or care who wins the lottery or any lottery for that matter. I'm busy managing my own financial matters.
