Do I ever!
And overly friendly too. And he's racist on top of it. And drinks and drive. LOL.
He's an old, Lithuanian guy. Not used to the ways of the "new world". Hee hee. His dog got out once and while he was driving around trying to find him, the dog came running up to me. The guy was so happy he thought he should stick his tongue down my throat. Nice, no?
Last week he told me he thinks me husband is "not right in the head" because my husband doesn't talk to him. (My husband's the only smart one.) And when my husband did stop to talk to him after that the neighbor asked him "oh, your wife, the one with the hips". And he referred to my brother as "the one who drinks too much." LOL. Guess he skipped out on the social etiquette lessons.
Last night I came home to see he cut away all of the branches on his peach tree that provided the only privacy between our fences. This is just great.

I'm lucky now. I live on a lake and the people who own the surrounding homes only come periodically and never bother us. But I have had my experience with nosy neighbors who look out their windows or sit on their porches and gawk. I always had to fight the urge to moon them. I have no problem with neighbors leering at me because they think I'm hot and sexy but if they're just nosing to see what I'm doing it's pretty lame.

She finally moved (yea!). She used to sit in her front window to watch what all the neighbors were doing. She called me once to tell me that she thought I should get outside and clean up my yard. I told her where the rake and shovel were, if it's not good enough for you, then go ahead, feel free, I won't mind at all. She never did that again.

The people who live downstairs start getting loud around 9am at night. It really pisses me off since that abou the time my son goes to bed!! And to top it off they don't speak english so I can't even talk to them about it.

Sure do, the other night she was sitting on her porch facing our front door and not the street. Staring in our house. We slammed the door when we seen her.

Yes and I hate them. I totally feel your pain. Some people just can't get a clue.
