Rubbing alcohol my man. Works very well! Sounds like someone passed out at a party

Try using rubbing alcohol on the area. Otherwise, you'll just have to wash your hands a lot until it fades.

With time. As you shed skin cells, it will fade. Takes a week or more.

try some sugar and lotion mixed together, or some type of exfolliant. The hard particles will scrub it right off!
