Don't you really have any other place to release your repressed anger towards your spouses???

I actually did a study on something similar to this as my college exit thesis....

Those that have less education tend to be angrier, have more rage, and less sympathy and/or care for others. It was a FUN project... although I was cussed at many times for approaching young mothers and young couples with children asking them to fill out a survey and answer simple questions about math and history. It got worse when I went to places like Walmart and K-mart....

But anyway, I found out that those who have less education tend to care less about others, and those who have never worked in stressful retail situations tend to be alot more selfish when it comes to service.

So when someone is angry at you when you're working... even though we all know you try your best to make every customer happy.... you can assume that they probably have less meaningful education, or you can say to yourself, "boy, I can always tell who the people are that have never worked retail before".

The key word in your question is "have". Unfortunately, and I've worked in customer service a few years, what I see is often either young mothers DON'T have spouses to vent on or are often getting off a long day at work. There, they let themselves get ticked off at some thing and are looking for the first person to rant and rave at. That's usually when they have to stop for something on the way home.

Underneath the veneer of venting, most young mothers are usually nice people. It's up to us to treat them as we'd like to be treate rather than how they treat us on an off-minute.

It all people.I don't care if there married, single, everyone has been rude to a cse.

I went to walmart and a worker thought I was stealing a bunch of cd-rs and it was the 100 packs one,How the hell would I been able to get by.

I also went to circuit city one time and this is why I rarely shop there. There alarm went off on me and the guy never said sorry to me all he said was my bad.I didn't even buy anything, there was a couple waitting by the door,My guess is they stole something and was waitting for someone to walk out with so they could steal it.The couple look at me like I was a piece of garbage,

I think a lot of the workers should be nice to the customers.I have only been to one store where the workers have always been nice and that the Salvation army.

What does this have to do with mothers? I don't see any reference to children in your question. You did, however, mention spouses, which makes even LESS sense.

I'm a young mother (with a spouse) and I'm generally not rude to people in customer service positions. My great-grandmother told me YEARS ago that "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar" and it's true.

Thats so true. I find it that the young ladies or so mean to the employees. Its their mistake that they had the kid and spouse!
