Some of the ppl giving "answers" seem to just leave an answer for the points. I want answers that have something to do with the question, topic even. There are way to many kids on here. I want sincerity, honesty, real life experiance answers. What about you?

I've seen a lot of valid responses. This is only my second day on here, but I have seen a lot of stupid answers already. Some ppl have serious ?s and all they get are jokes and made fun of. Someone here said respect, we need to be respectful of the serious ?s!!

Exactly my point, yesterday, when I posted a similar question. People need to be more honest. What is 10 Yahoo points, compared to the opportunity to matter to someone? Most askers give "Best Answer" to what they wanted to hear, not to the best advice. I give them the best advice I can, even when I know it might sting -- because I take things like that SERIOUSLY. Besides, we all have to share the planet with these people, and I wish there were more smart people around! Cheers.

I don't have problem with those answers ,no matter smart or stupid answers are answer, every one has their own thinking and opinion, also they've the freedom to express their own feeling as long as their answer is not against the Yahoo community guidelines or the law .Regarding too many kids on here, this is the web sites open for any ages ,races, genders, for me I accept any different voices.
But you are 100 % correct and 100 % agree with you that we should answer question with honesty, sincerity, seriously and respectful.
Fully understand why you are sick of "stupid" answers, but we can't control the other people's mind, why not take it easy and be happy.
At last ,I agree with one of the answerers that he hates to see same answer for several questions by same person,I did it twice and regret for that.

People like being smart alecks...or are just total and complete morons, or just miserable, mean and cruel and like to tear down others.

For some it's a game...and for some it's fun...for others it's scary that they come here for answers...but overall it's a forum for opinions and I think people would be better off to answer honestly, but there are times when you just have to shoot off something just as stupid back because the question just warrants it. :~)

I'll tell you one thing I am very happy to see celebrities come forward like Cindy Crawford and use this for some good. Wish more people would do that.

I found I actually saved someone's life by answering their reply....I was pretty humbled by that. So I think people need to be very sensitive to what they reply when there is a serious matter being addressed. I wish people would be real instead of the characters they project to be thanks to anonymity.

I totally agree . It makes me upset when I see those kinds of answers. This isn't a game to see how many points you get ,its to try to help others that need it.Don't answer questions just for 2 little points it makes you look stupid. After all what do you win on here ? NOTHING!
I am surprised at the lack of human compassion people show when real serious questions are asked and they make flippant smart azz remarks ..Yeah, I'm with you on this one completely.

Last time I checked answers.yahoo.com was free and anybody with any income level, education and race can reply. If you are asking TOTAL STRANGERS for advice online about serious life experience then your asking to much. answers.yahoo.com is just another platform for yahoo to sell more advertising they don't care if the answers are good or well thought out. If you want serious answers pay for it, thats what pyschologists, mechanics, pc technicians, doctors and etc... are for not some random website. In the end you have no control over the answers and who answers and you have the final decision to accept the answer.

I'm with you Kandelife. I like your serious approach to this site. I think all under the age of 19 should have "maturity restrictions" or be required to take a test for each specialization area before they can be allowed to answer a question.

I already went by using all of that as quickly as the Chargers performed the Patriots interior the Championship sport. it fairly is what I heard "THe Chargers shouldn't even wastetheir funds and fly to Foxboro." or " Wow all of us understand the Patriots are 18-0" Or " I heard the Chargers already forfeiht the sport because of the fact they knew they have been gonna lose" or "its going to be a huge blowout sport"...... Its the Cocky bandwagon pats followers that do all the trash speaking, and that i've got a feeling interior the superbowl they gets the biggest slap interior the face. yet then come on, its the funniest element of see them look so stupid

The only reason I answer with a stupid comment is because the asker deserves it. As for yourself, No, I see this as a very intelegent question.
