Cingular is owned 60% by AT&T (symbol T) and 40% by BellSouth (symbol BLS). I don't think you can trade in it directly. You would have to trade shares of the two parent companies.

I believe it is AWE. That is the ticker for ATT wireless, which merged with Cingular. A serach on Yahoo finance yielded no results for Cingular, which leads me to this conclusion.
