Before. I hope you are serious. You can do it either way. If you forgot to apply before you put your shirt on, just go under the shirt to your armpits and put it one. Good Luck. Try to remember to apply before. It's easier.

After. I used to spray it on my neck but I figured a better way that makes the smell last longer. I spray it much lower than my neck so my body smells grate and some of the smell gets to my shirt and stays there and gives me a grate long-lasting smell.

i say do it before and then let it dry for a few min. and to minimize white marks on your tops try an "invisible" deodorant I know Dove makes one that works very well!
