Cross legs, hold self, bounce up and down, squirm, fidget, pee dance... any combination of that lot should help you hold it for quite a while, as will finding something to distract you from the pressure of your bladder, though telling us about it should help too.
Depends on how much you need to go though, as well as how long you want to hold for, and how important what is preventing you from a toilet trip is.
You'll have to go eventually, assuming you haven't already given up, but the longer you can hold on, the better it will feel, especially when you finally let it go.

I would purchase a foley catheter to hook up to yourself. That way when you pee, it just goes into a bag and you can keep typing... You can empty it when it's convenient for you and your computer. You can also get a colostomy which takes care of your number two...

Michelle, don't control ur urine for too long. It makes ur urine concentrated.....making u prone to calculi.... u will be prone to bladder spasms....and urine infection....drink lots of water and urinate regulary....how many questions will u miss during ur bathroom break.. those questions will still be there.LoL
