How can I have two access points on my linksys WRT54G, I want one with WEP and one without.

I believe what you're after is not to have 2 access points, but 2 SSIDs. One SSID, call it "public" would have encryption turned off and the other SSID, call it "private" would have WEP turned on. You cannot do this with the WRT54G, but you can with other Linksys products, like the WRV200 which allows for multiple SSIDs, VLANs and QoS. You would find this model under "Business Solutions" on their website. Other alternative is to install another WRT54G or a WAP54G on your network with the 2nd configuration, just make sure they run on different channels, preferably on channels 1 and 11 (the farthest apart).

you can't. you can only set a linksys wrt54g to either wep encrypted or not wepencrypted and not both at once.
