Is it enough just to go to Internet Options and then delete history? And how to delete cookies? I mean, so that knowledgeable amateurs can't find it. (OK, don't tell me "don't do the crime" etc, I don't really do anything "criminal", but there are sites I wont like others to see that I have visited, I admit it!!!!!)

there is no crime for deleting the cookies, in fact it is recomended to delete cookies on regular basis. just go to your browser setting and you can delete it from there. or you can find where they are stored on you pc(which is harder to do, but possible) and delete them manually.
