Where can I find a site that paints pictures of photos?

I'm looking for a site that could turn my photograph into a painting. Any ideas/suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Also, there is a catalog i get called "the stitchery" that I have seen this in - you can send them your picture and they will send you a kit.
