how come some people just won't admit their wrong

Low self-esteem. They pride themselves on thinking they are always right and better than others. Kind of an ego trip? Makes them feel superior to others.

I was wrong several times in my life and I am not afraid to admit it. I may not discuss the issue, but I will admit I am not perfect and need support and love to help me each day become a better person.

I have a cousin just like that and he'll put it off to ohhhh i thought it was such and such i just misunderstood the question but that don' t make me wrong...... god i hate that but because some people think they know everything they refuse to be wrong even when the information is displayed right in front of their face

My biggest pet peeve! It's like they are afraid to be burned at the stake for admitting what everyone already knows. Makes them a bigger "fool" then just accepting the error and learning from it.
