Well for someone I would want to date, I would say Personality first, then their looks, and then brains, then something else.
If I wasn't lookin for a girlfriend or serious relationship, and more of a friend with benefits, I would say Their looks, something else, and then personality.
I will explain why.
A guy may like the way a girl looks in a club, and how slutty she may be dressed, which is why he would try and sleep with her. I doubt a guy would want to make her a girlfriend or wife, because in the back of his mind he may think of how he met her, and how she may not change. If he did, it was probably an accident.
For a regular relationship, Not saying that looks aren't important, but I think guys want more of a nice girl, who isn't shallow, is smart, has goals, dependable, and is someone you see yourself with in 10, 20 or 30 years. Someone you cant see yourself without.
Looks only go so far, they fade, but that connection you find with that one person is what will last forever. If a guy wants to be with someone for looks to have a trophy wife, he better get a pre-nup.
I could see myself without the slutty club hopper. I dont think I could for the girl who is like my best friend.

Most of the time when I meet a female it is looks that makes the initial attraction... However I have found that once I get to know them I like being able to hold an intelligent conversation with them. I'd also like to have a substantial relationship, not just a f*ck-buddy or a one sided dependency slash clingy guilt trip...
I guess that that would mean I find a woman's personality most appealing and intriguing, once I get to know them...

It's a combination of everything. If they look great, but don't have any personality or brains, then they aren't as attractive. If they look average, but are intelligent and have a great personality, then they become more attractive:)

Sex only? looks.
Friendship? brains
relationship? Personality comes first, then looks, then brains. Also sense of humor.
