People look absolutely ridiculous when they try to reverse the ageing process. I am all in favour of looking after yourself but There is nothing worse than seeing women especially dressed up like a tart. Mutton dressed as lamb springs to mind. It doesnt work when they only get a face job. You gotta do the boobs, the neck, the bingo wings, and the tummy. The behind. A woman is much more attractive even distinguished when she looks natural but well kept.

Yes! I have grown young disgracefully and if I can't improve with age well- whats the point. You can still look after yourself and have fun but if you think looks are everything it is a bit sad. Life is to be lived to the full by everyone, young, old, ugly, fat etc, The point of getting older is to learn about life and expereinces and hopefully to appreciate what life is really all about and if I get old worrying about my looks to a sad degree well I may as well be dead now as that was a waste of life anyway. Here is to getting old positively and appreciating the simple things in life. You are as young as you feel .

In a society where there are senior citizens ($2 discount) instead of elders, it's difficult to grow old gracefully. No one wants to be feeble, helpless and senile. People who live repetitious lives become senior citizens. People who are on an adventure, eventually gain some wisdom and have some fun.

do no longer smoke, consume too lots sugar and junk nutrients, drink alcohol moderately and get some workout. There are purely 2 varieties of individuals who develop previous gracefully. people who've inherited super genes and people who're afraid to take hazards and revel in residing. regardless of if or no longer you inherited solid genes, spend as lots time as you could doing what makes you experience fulfilled and happy. transforming into previous gracefully is extremely over rated.

Depends on your genes if you know you don,t have good genes then you cant grow old gracefully but if you are blessed with great genes then you don't have to worry about future surgery or dying your hair.

Being old doesn't mean being old souls and minds. It's just our body growing and changing and replenishing. So, let us just grow old gracefully as everything has a proper time to come.

Heck NO!
There is NOTHING graceful about growing old...... have a good time while you can! I don't intend to gracefully grow older! I am going to slide into my grave sideways , with a smile on my face cause I died having one heck-of-a good time...not to mention leaving gorgeous corpse! LOL

Personally, I'm looking forward to aging naturally.....I often imagine what it'll be like 10 years from now, when my son invites his friends (or future girlfriends) over and I'm some far-out old man with long white hair and a beard....

I intend to grow old disgracefully - it's my right. I wanna have a blue hair rinse, moan about the kids these days, push to the front of the queue, hear what I wanna hear - yep, it's my right!
