you shouldnt use foundation if you have acne, it could make it worse. i think you should try clearing up your skin first and then maybe use loose powders in some areas.
for moisturizers, i use oil of olay oil-free beauty fluid. it's a little pricey, but it's the best ive ever used.

You could try Physicians Formula. The reason Jergens looks uneven is because of the way it was applied. You should have seen what it did to my legs, LOL. Because you want something for less than 15.00, I am kinda stumped. I know that Proactiv has good skin care, but I don't know what the prices are. If you use a cleanser with a scrubbing compound in it, you skin will appear fresher. Some products use peach seeds and things like that. People that have acne usually don't need moisturizer until they are older. Go on line under Dermatology and see if there is some more information for you.

This is exactly what I have a problem with. I have acne and oily skin, and I use the following (not all at once, of course!):
Covergirl trublend liquid and pressed powder
pure.makeup liquid and pressed powder
maybelline(?) dream matte mousse
and, my latest favorite:
Covergirl aquasmooth
I use aquasmooth most often because it COMPLETELY covers acne and dries to a great powdery finish, although I do have to apply a pressed powder throughout the day to keep it matte. It's 6.48 at wal-mart. It's oil-free and has a built-in sunscreen. If you want to even out your skin a little more, apply concealer to dark spots or acne before applying foundation, and the after the foundation put a very thin layer of matte bronzer over your entire face. It gives you more of the sun-kissed glow and will even out your skin tone. as for the acne, start using a cleanser and moisturizer specifically for acne. I use clean&clear's continuous control acne wash and dual-action moisturizer. You can wear the moisturizer right under your makeup, and they both have salysilic acid in them (which helps clear acne). Good luck!

Doesn't Jergins Natural Glow have artificial taners in it? That might be why you're looking uneven.

I have oily acne prone skin and I use Almay spot concealer for blemishes, blend well... then use Almay powder. The more you put on your face the worse it'll make your acne, trust me. Use the bare minimum you need just to cover red spots then powder for the shine.

All of Neturgena's (sp?) stuff works really well for that. I bought liquid foundation from them called Clean Tint. At first I was skeptical about using it because the package said that it will help to get rid of existing acne and hydrate skin. I tried it and it worked. It didn't make my whole face clear, but it didn't make anymore trouble spots and it moisturized my face. I bought it at Walmart and I think that the price was around $9. Try it, it will really help!

I had acne in high school and started using Physician's Formula foundation. It's a light foundation that doesn't make my skin oily or clog my pores. I still use it because I like the way it looks and keeps my skin clean. I think it's about $8 or $9. It's worth it.

the best face moisturizer is a brand called "kiss my face" i used it when i had acne and it didn't make it worse, as for foundation i try to stay away from using it all over and just use dabs as cover up in certain areas. the best way to get coverage is to use layers of liquid under power, it looks more natural that way too and personally i like mary kay (although it is a little more expensive)

Let your skin breathe! The acne will clear up better. Use a blush(Bare Escentuals if you can) and highlight your cheeks. Use a light shade like True over your face.
Blend it well. Buy it on eBay. It's cheaper there!

You definatly need to clear up the acne. You dont want it to look like you had clumps in your makeup, or didnt rub it in well enough. After thats all cleared up, i definatly recomend Mary Kay. I have been using it for years and wont swich for anything. Good luck!!
